Q1. What are your payment terms?
A: We accept T/T, requiring a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% balance before delivery. We will provide product and packaging photos once order processing finishes, prior to final payment.
Q2. What is your MOQ?
A: There is no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ). However, please note that logistics, land transport, sea freight, and packaging rates are significantly higher when shipping a single vehicle.
Q3. What are your delivery terms?
A: We accommodate various international trade conditions including EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP.
Q4. How long is your delivery time?
A: Deliveries generally take 10 to 25 days following the receipt of your deposit. The exact delivery window is subject to details within individual item orders and overall quantities.
