5. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T and Trade Assurance. For amounts ≤ USD 5,000, 100% down payment is required. For amounts ≥ USD 5,000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment.
6. Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 24-month warranty for the frame, engine, and motor. The battery, plastic parts, and other components come with a 12-month warranty.
