Q Do you accept customization of vehicles as per our special request?

Yes, we customize vehicles as per customer's special request with reasonable cost and lead time, as long as the customization is not related to the chassis modification.

Q What is your warranty term?

We provide a 1-year warranty. For any failed parts under warranty, if they can be repaired at your side and the repair cost is lower than the value of the part, we will cover the repair cost; otherwise, we will send replacements and cover the freight cost.

Q Do you provide after-service spare parts?

Yes, we provide all the spare parts for our vehicles, even 5 years after we stop production of the model. To make part selection easier, we also supply a parts manual.

Q Do you provide technical support?

Yes, we provide technical support by email and phone. If necessary, we can also send our engineer to your location.

Q Do you provide vehicle assembly service if we buy the vehicles in SKD or CKD way?

When the vehicle is shipped SKD, the reassembly is just bolt and nut work, which is straightforward. We do not sell vehicles CKD unless you have proper assembly capability. For larger order volumes, we can send technical staff to provide instructions.

Q What are your terms to be your agent/dealer in my country?

We have several basic requirements. Firstly, you should be in the electric vehicle business for some time. Secondly, you should have the capability to provide after-service support to your customers. Thirdly, you should have the capability to order and sell a reasonable volume of electric vehicles.
